Jo Muirhead
Consultant Rehabilitation Counsellor

Jo is the Founder and Principal Consultant of Purple Co. She is a Rehabilitation Counsellor, coach, international speaker, and published author with 27 years of experience in helping people navigate the complexities of work following injury, illness, and trauma. Jo is passionate about the health benefits of good work, and seeks to empower health professionals all over the world to do really good work without sacrificing themselves to the work. Jo started Purple Co on the foundations of respect and dignity, and with an overriding belief that everyone deserves the opportunity to work in a way that is safe and sustainable.
A sought-after corporate consultant speaker and coach, Jo prides herself in being able to make sense of complex health issues and their relationship to work capacity.
When she's not with her clients, you're most likely to find Jo talking about her love of travel, coffee, and Smudge, the much-adored Cavdoodle.
Kylie Warry
Consultant Rehabilitation Counsellor
B.Sc (Hons) Dip Psych.
Kylie is a Rehabilitation Counsellor who has more than 15 years of experience in Case Management and Client-focused services with 10 years of experience in Occupational Rehabilitation. During this time, she has worked for both Private and Government organizations.
She has experience across both the Workers’ Compensation, Income protection, and CTP markets. She has experience with Return to work (Same employer) as well as Redeployment (New Employer) and has experience in managing Occupational Stress programs.
She has well-developed skills in Vocational, Earning capacity, and Medico-legal assessments as well as Adjustment to Disability and Change Counselling.
Rebecca Harnett
Consultant Rehabilitation Counsellor
BHlthSc (Rehabilitation Counselling).
Rebecca is a Rehabilitation Counsellor who has over 15 years of experience. She has experience in Vocational Rehabilitation, Careers Coaching, Medico-Legal Assessment, and Rehabilitation Counselling.
She is a highly passionate Rehabilitation and Holistic Counsellor, dedicated to empowering clients to return to health, life, and work.
Rebecca has a passion for supporting mothers return to the workforce regain their confidence and build a career they love.
Jane Allen
Consultant Rehabilitation Counsellor
BEd Dip Rehab Counselling,
Cert Career Development
Jane is a Rehabilitation Counsellor who has over 12 years of experience. She has a unique background of education, employment services, and recruitment.
She has experience in several schemes including SIRA NSW, Lifetime Care and Comcare and has extensive experience providing Vocational Counselling services to clients following spinal cord injury, and those who are neurodiverse.
Jane is a resourceful and innovative thinker who partners with clients to explore their work and study possibilities post injury. Jane believes work plays an integral part in an individual's overall well-being, rehabilitation and recovery.
