FAQ’s

How many sessions are there?

There are 8 learning sessions that are pre-recorded for you and there will be 8 LIVE Q&A coaching sessions.

What If I can't get to all the LIVE sessions?

The content and the resilience activation exercises will all be available for you through your own log-in to your learning portal.

If you can't make a live session, you can ask your questions in the Facebook group where we can make sure you get the help and support you need.

Can someone else pay for me?

YES! We will accept payment from Self-Managed and Plan-Managed NDIS participants. 

Payment is also accepted from other employers or insurance companies on your behalf.

It is, however, your responsibility to ensure you are correctly enrolled. WE can discuss this on the Discovery call.

Can I cancel or withdraw?

Yes. If you no longer want to attend, you simply let us know and we will cancel your enrolment and cease any outstanding payments.

Do you offer a refund?

In some instances, yes. We will offer a full refund on all money paid and received if you choose to withdraw from the program BEFORE it commences. 

If you choose to withdraw after the program has commenced, we cannot issue a refund as you will have received access to the program property.

Do you offer a guarantee?

In Australia, it is against the law for any service that is perceived to be a health service to offer a guarantee of results. 

However - what we guarantee is this:

If you do the work, then you will get the results. This program is about helping you take back control of your life, and this comes with taking responsibility for yourself.

This approach means you do not have to depend on another person to give you the results you want. You learn how to get them yourself.

Can I work 1:1 with a coach instead?

YES. This is certainly an option and you can learn more about our individual coaching option here.

Does this program take the place of my other treatment?

No. This program is not a treatment. 

 

You will need to continue with all the treatment that has been medically recommended for you.

Welcome to www.purpleco.com.au.  We understand that privacy online is important to users of our Site, especially when conducting business.     We may collect basic user profile information from all of our Visitors.  We collect the following additional information from our Authorized Customers: the names, addresses, phone numbers, social media profiles, and email addresses of Authorized Customers.

    In addition to our direct collection of information, our third-party service vendors (such as zoom, Kartra, PayPal, Square, and Zapier) who may provide such services as credit, and information processing services may collect this information from our Visitors and Authorized Customers. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use personal information provided to them from Visitors and Authorized Customers. Some of these third parties may be intermediaries that act solely as links in the distribution chain and do not store, retain, or use the information given to them.

    Purple Co uses login information, including, but not limited to, IP addresses, ISPs, and browser types, to analyze trends, administer the Site, track a user’s movement and use, and gather broad demographic information.

  • What partners or service providers have access to Personally Identifiable Information from Visitors and/or Authorized Customers on the Site?

    Purple Co has entered into and will continue to enter into partnerships and other affiliations with a number of vendors. Such vendors may have access to certain Personally Identifiable Information on a need-to-know basis for evaluating Authorized Customers for service eligibility. Our privacy policy does not cover their collection or use of this information. Disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information to comply with the law. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information in order to comply with a court order or subpoena or a request from a law enforcement agency to release information.   • Can a Visitor delete or deactivate Personally Identifiable Information collected by the Site?

    We provide Visitors and Authorized Customers with a mechanism to delete/deactivate Personally Identifiable Information from the Site’s database by contacting admin@purpleco.com.au. However, because of backups and records of deletions, it may be impossible to delete a Visitor’s entry without retaining some residual information. An individual who requests to have Personally Identifiable Information deactivated will have this information functionally deleted, and we will not sell, transfer, or use Personally Identifiable Information relating to that individual in any way moving forward.

  • What happens if the Privacy Policy Changes?

    We will let our Visitors and Authorized Customers know about changes to our privacy policy by posting such changes on the Site. However, if we are changing our privacy policy in a manner that might cause disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information that a Visitor or Authorized Customer has previously requested not be disclosed, we will contact such Visitor or Authorized Customer to allow such Visitor or Authorized Customer to prevent such disclosure.
